2. Professional Conduct

All members are expected to maintain ethical and professional behavior in accordance with national healthcare standards and professional guidelines.

• Members shall promote respectful maternity care and evidence-based practice.
• Members shall not misuse the name, logo, or reputation of MPAI.
• Any fraudulent or misleading information may result in suspension or termination of membership.

3. Membership Approval

Submission of an online application does not guarantee automatic approval of membership.

• Applications may undergo verification and review.
• MPAI may request additional documents or clarification if required.
• The association reserves the right to revoke membership if false information is discovered.

4. Membership Fees

• Membership fees, if applicable, are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
• Members are responsible for ensuring timely payment of dues or renewal fees.
• Failure to maintain active membership status may result in suspension of benefits.

5. Privacy and Data Protection

MPAI respects the privacy of its members and handles personal information responsibly.

• Member data will only be used for professional association purposes.
• We do not sell or share personal information with unauthorized third parties.
• Members agree that submitted information may be used for membership verification and communication.

6. Website Usage

• Users shall not attempt unauthorized access to the website or server.
• Users shall not upload harmful, illegal, or malicious content.
• Any misuse of the website may result in account termination and legal action.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content including logos, graphics, documents, publications, and materials are the property of MPAI unless otherwise stated.

• Content may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
• Members may use educational resources only for professional and non-commercial purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability

MPAI shall not be held liable for:

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Rajasthan, India.
